Message from the Friends of Wainui...
The 125 trees we planted earlier in the week are about to get watered. At present the forecast looks driest for Monday morning, so I hope we can get some planting done from 9am. Can you come and bring a spade? Enid has talked to Fred at Harbour Care, who has said we can have all the large trees at their nursery. They need at least 2 people to lift them and will need large holes dug for them. Do you have a luggage trolley, or similar wheels which might be useful for moving them please?
